Commission Files Supplemental Notice Of Hearing In Maryland Energy Advocates Coalition’s Petition For Rulemaking
Maryland Energy Advocates Coalition submitted a Petition for Rulemaking requesting the Commission (“Commission”) convene a Rulemaking session to consider proposed changes to the Commission’s regulations authorizing regulated gas and electric utilities to purchase accounts receivable from licensed retail energy suppliers doing business in Maryland.

[ *** ] The Commission hereby gives notice that it is changing the date of the hearing to Thursday, June 27, 2024 beginning at 10:00 a.m. The hearing will be held in the Commission’s 16th Floor Hearing Room, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202.
