BPU released the timeline for EY2024 compliance reporting (3/15/24).

For EY23 compliance, all compliance reports must now be submitted through the BPU e-Filing system. Reference Docket # QO22010006 when filing the report.

QO23010002 / Energy Year 2023 RPS Compliance   (04/15/2023)
(Annual informal proceeding to provide retail electric suppliers with information on how to comply with the state’s RPS.)
