Utilities File 2023 Net Crediting Annual Report
National Grid filed its 2023 net crediting annual report. Of note, the capacity of CDG net crediting projects was 803.5 MW.
Central Hudson filed its net crediting annual report for calendar year 2023 (3/27/24). This report includes the incremental costs associated with the implementation and operation of the net crediting model, as well as the amount recovered through the discount rate.
As background, the NYPSC opened a proceeding to consider whether to allow community distributed generation (i.e., community solar) and potentially other distributed energy resources products and services, to be included on the utility consolidated bill.
