PUCT issued order approving ERCOT’s quarterly true-up adjustment.
On March 22, 2024 Staff filed staff recommendation “that ERCOT’s True-Up Filing be found to be sufficient and complete”
On March 15, 2024, ERCOT filed quarterly true-up compliance filing, report of recoveries, and notice of uplift charge adjustment. ERCOT reported need to decrease the daily Uplift Charges by $10,074, primarily due “to the interest earned on the three subaccounts for the Uplift Charges.”
