Attorney examiner entry filed a notice for written comments directing interested persons to file comments regarding the proposed RPS report to be submitted to the General Assembly by March 27. 2024, and any reply comments be filed by April 10, 2024.

As background, this proceeding was opened for the development of PUCO’s annual renewable portfolio standard report to the state legislature for the 2022 compliance year.
