Container Graphics Complaint Against Talen Energy Update

Parties filed status update  reporting that the parties had entered settlement discussions and would file another status report.  CGC and Toledo Edison “request that they be permitted to file another status update by 5/1/24 to report on the status of the settlement discussions”.

As background, Container Graphics Corporation (CGC) filed a complaint against Talen Energy, alleging that the retail provider violated the PUCO rules to “backbill” CGC for improper “miscellaneous adjustments” dating to 11/18.
