ICC Resuspends Ameren’s ARES Access To Interval Data Tariff

By Order dated November 30, 2023, the Commission suspended the proposed facilitation of Alternative Retail Electric Suppliers access to interval data to and including March 24, 2024. 

The Commission’s investigation in this matter has not been concluded, the Commission found it necessary to extend the period of suspension for the remainder of the period allowed pursuant to Section 16-122 of the Public Utilities Act, or June 24, 2024.
