Staff Directed To Issue RFPs To Conduct FirstEnergy Demand Side Management & Energy Efficiency Audits
The Commission directs Staff to issue the request for proposal for audit services to assist the Commission with its review of the demand side management and energy efficiency rider of Ohio Edison Company, The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, and The Toledo Edison Company.
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, by Entry on March 6, 2024, issued an RFP for audit services to review the accounting accuracy, prudency, and compliance of FirstEnergy Ohio with its PUCO-approved Rider DSE. Proposals are to be submitted to the Commission by the established deadline of April 3, 2024.
