Pursuant to Maryland Public Service Commission (“Commission”) Order No. 88997, please find enclosed the proposal for Phase II of EV Driven, the electric vehicle (“EV”) charging program of The Potomac Edison Company (“PE”). Through this filing, PE requests an extension for certain previously approved programs and approval to offer new EV programs to better align with current market conditions, provide further benefits to customers, and support Maryland’s state policies promoting transportation electrification.
