Pursuant to the Chief Public Utility Law Judge’s order dated January 29, 2024, this letter is to inform the Public Service Commission of Maryland (“the Commission”) and the presiding public utility law judge in the above-referenced matter that, today, the Circuit Court for Baltimore City extended the date of oral argument in SunSea Energy, LLC’s Petition for Judicial Review of the Decision of the Maryland Public Service Commission (Case No. 24-C-23-002289) to April 25, 2024. SunSea Energy, LLC also plans to file a written motion requesting an extension of the due date for its reply brief in that case to on or about April 12, 2024. If that motion is granted, SunSea Energy, LLC will notify this Commission in a separate letter. [ *** ]
