Agway Energy Service Seeks To Withdraw Supplier Licenses

In an updated filing, Agway filed a copy of the form drop letter which stated “Due to some recent legislative developments, Agway Energy Services has decided to exit the commodity supply market in the State of Maryland. Consequently, we will be returning your supply service to your utility – Baltimore Electric and Gas.”
