Order Grants Parties Request To Extend Suspension Of The Procedural Schedule
NHPUC issued procedural order granting parties request to extend suspension of the procedural schedule.
Previously, on February 22, 2024, the Joint utilities filed status report. Of note: (1) “Though the parties have met several times since December and engaged in discussions regarding a joint motion, as of this writing they have not yet arrived at a common position”; and (2) “As the parties have continued to make progress towards a common position, the parties request that the Commission extend the suspension of the procedural schedule for one more month” to complete discussions.
