Re:  BPU opened this proceeding to consider the next steps for community solar in New Jersey, specifically the development of a permanent program. 

ACE filed updated community solar bill credit calculations, effective February 1, 2024. 

As background, community solar was first implemented as the Community Solar Energy Pilot Program and formally began on 2/19/19 in the state. Through two solicitations conducted between 2019 and 2021, the BPU conditionally approved 150 projects for participation in the pilot, representing approximately 243 MW of capacity.
