Re:  The CHARGE working group, led by PAPUC Staff from the Office of Competitive Market Oversight, provides an opportunity for Staff and suppliers to communicate informally on a range of retail market issues. After several months of inactivity, the working group is being re-invigorated.

PAPUC filed a secretarial letter with guidance on the collection and reporting requirements for customer service survey data based on 52 Pa. Code.

Interested parties were instructed to file reply comments (2/21/24).
