NYPSC Modifies Distribute System Implementation Plans Filing Date

On March 20, 2026 the New York Public Service Commission (NYPSC) issued an order modifying the Distributed System Implementation Plans (DSIP) filing deadline.

Now, the Joint Utilities must file a DSIP by June 30, 2027 and the next iteration is due by June 30, 2029.

To obtain access to the Pilot Integrated Energy Data Resource, a DER supplier must be registered with the NYPSC.

Registered DER suppliers can create a user account on the Pilot Integrated Energy Data Resource.
