Baltimore Gas & Electric Presents Issues Regarding Community Solar Credits And Supplier Consolidated Billing At PSC Administrative Meeting

At the February 14th Administrative Meeting, BG&E presented the issue before the Commission seeking advice on HB908. Questions raised by BG&E included whether a community solar subscriber can also participate in supplier consolidated billing, and if a BG&E customer enrolls as a community solar subscriber and participates in supplier consolidated billing, is BG&E able to adopt the practices of applying community solar credits to non-electricity charges on a customer’s bill.
The Commission did not issue a ruling and is taking the matter under advisement.
