TPUC Grants Gridmatic’s Option 1 Petition To Serve All Customers

The Texas PUC grants the application of Gridmatic Rosa LLC to amend its Texas retail electric provider (REP) certificate to become an Option 1 REP allowing Gridmatic Rosa to serve all customer classes.

Previously, Gridmatic Rosa LLC was an Option 2 REP thereby limiting the entity to serve customers 1 MW and larger only.  

Gridmatic Rosa LLC also received approval to add the trade names Gridmatic Retail and Gridmatic Retail Energy to the certificate.

Matthew Wytock  is identified as CEO, Erin Kogan as chief financial officer, Leesa Lee as CMO and Complaint Contact and Jefferey Thibodeau as trader and regulatory contacts of Gridmatic.
