PURA Files Notice Of Hearing In Annual Review Of Rate Adjustment Mechanisms Of Connecticut Light And Power

[ *** ] Specifically, the Authority is conducting the proceeding to review: (1) the Company’s proposed 2024 adjustments to its rate adjustment mechanisms; and (2) the prudence of the actual costs associated with the 2023 rate adjustment mechanisms. [ *** ]
The Authority hereby announces that it will hold a hearing in this matter at PURA’s offices, Ten Franklin Square, New Britain, Connecticut, on Monday, March 18, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m., to receive testimony and additional evidence regarding the Eversource filings received as of March 18, 2024, and any related issues raised in responsive filings submitted by other Parties. The Authority may continue the hearing on additional dates, as deemed necessary.
Written comments will also be accepted from members of the general public who have an interest in the outcome of this proceeding. The Authority will maintain an electronic file of any written communications so accepted, in the offices of the Executive Secretary. The files may be reviewed using the electronic portal accessible by the public on the Authority’s website at http://www.ct.gov/pura, by searching the correspondence files for Docket No. 24-01-03.
