  • AGL filed petition to modify its GRAM tariff Petition modifications to AGL’s GRAM Tariff include: (1) rate base “Adjustments shall also reflect the removal of all Plant and other ratemaking components related to ECON-1, Peaking Service Assets, and the System Reinforcement Rider (‘SRR’) assets”; and (2) addition of a peaking service rate model.
