Liberty Files Elects To Increase Residential Rates From $0.6460 To $0.6648
Re: Liberty Utilities’ Winter 2023-2024 and summer 2024 cost of gas proceeding.
Liberty files cost of gas and tariff filing. Of note, Liberty: (1) projects an under collection of ~$816,315, “1.55% of the total revised anticipated gas costs for the 2023-2024 Winter season”; and (2) elects to increase rates, effective 1/1/24, including increasing residential rates from $0.6460 to $0.6648.
Liberty filed technical statement updating its 9/22/23 updated LDAC filing with actuals for 9/23–11/23 (1/12/24, schedules, proposed tariff pages).
On January 16, 2024 Liberty filed proposed tariff language implementing the change in LDAC effective dates, beginning in 2024, from 11/1 to 2/1
