The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (Authority or PURA) finds that The Connecticut Light and Power Company d/b/a Eversource Energy (Eversource or Company) violated Conn. Gen. Stat. § 16-16 and Conn. Agencies Regs. § 16-16-3. Consequently, the Authority fines Eversource twelve thousand five hundred dollars ($12,500).
