PUC Seeks Comments on Distributed Energy Resources Participation in Wholesale Markets Rulemaking
The Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission (PUC) issued notice that the Proposed Rulemaking Order from the Commission’s December 18, 2025 Public Meeting re: Distributed Energy Resources Participation in Wholesale Markets, Chapter 57 at Docket L-2023-3044115 will be published in tomorrow’s Pennsylvania Bulletin. This will trigger the start of the comment period. See link below for a copy of the December 18th Order.

Interested persons may file written comments to this Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, consisting of a Preamble and Annex, as published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, during the 60-day period following publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
