TX – Oncor REP Notice: Rate Case Approved in PUCT Docket No 58306
Oncor’s settlement of its rate case was approved by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (“PUCT”) on April 17, 2026, in PUCT Docket No. 58306.
The Commission approved the retail delivery service tariffs filed by Oncor on January 29, 2026, as attachment 2 to the settlement agreement, which can be found at the following link:

The rates will become effective for bills rendered on June 1, 2026 and after, and within 10 days of the date of the order, Oncor will file clean copies of the approved tariffs in PUCT Docket No. 58306.
Oncor will use the following SAC04 code for billing the rate case expense surcharge rider:
