Utility Files Procurement Cost Adjustment

On April 22, 2026 Pepco 2026 filed its revised proposed annual Procurement Cost Adjustment (PCA) filing for rates effective June 1 2026.
In the filing, Pepco proposes the following annual PCA rates:
(1) Residential – $0.00638/kWh;
(2) Small Commercial – $(0.00501)/kWh; and
(3) Large Commercial – $0.00031/kWh.
