The Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved Pepco and Delmarva’s proposed purchase of receivables (POR) discount rates for non-residential customers, effective June 1, 2026

At Pepco-MD, the Type I POR discount will increase to 0.8064% from the current 0.6868%. The POR discounts for other non-residential classes at Pepco-MD will remain 0%:
