On July 2, 2026 the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia, issued Order No. 22895. Order No. 22895, dated July 2, 2026, granted the request of Viridian Energy PA, LLC (“Applicant”) to surrender its natural gas supplier license.
Cancellation of the Applicant’s natural gas supplier license is effective upon the issuance of this Order.
