OEWG Participants – The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) issued an entry on July 7, 2026 in Case No. 25-741-EL-ORD establishing the effective date of new Ohio Administrative Code 4901:1-21-21(C) as July 17, 2026.  Please note that in paragraph 9 of the entry, the link to the form is misspelled. The certified request form can be found on the Competitive Retail Electric Service Provider Forms and Applications page of the Commission’s website.  The final form is attached for your convenience and will be posted on the website prior to the July 17^th effective date.

Please keep in mind that when using an equivalent EDI transaction as permitted by the rule, the supplier representative is certifying that they are authorized to submit the certified request and that the request is true, accurate, and complete. The supplier should maintain its records in compliance with Commission rules.
