Parties File Comments on Utility’s Partially Interruptible Classification Pilot Program

Multiple Intervenors supports National Grid’s proposed partially interruptible classification pilot but recommends several changes before approval.
Multiple Intervenors support the increased 30% delivery-rate discount and improved customer disclosures but remain concerned that participants could permanently lose firm service or existing D-1 elections after the pilot.
National Grid will hold a virtual meeting on the silver-lining storm definition on August 4, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. ET.
