The Public Utilities Commission of Texas (PUCT) has filed with the Secretary of State two electric proposals in the following project, as approved at the July 30, 2026 Open Meeting.
Adopted – Two electric adoptions relating to new §25.63 and amendments to §25.101 that will be published in the Texas Register on August 14, 2026.
