REP Files Option 1 Application with PUC

On August 19, 2026 TEM- Energy Inc. filed an Option 1 Retail Electric Provider (REP) application with the Public Utilities Commission of Texas (PUCT).

The application seeks to provide service throughout entire State of Texas.  The applicant does not seek to collect customer deposits or prepayments.

The application identifies Joe McDonald as President and Jason Stocks as Secretary and Treasurer.
