| A NOTE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
We’re excited to welcome you to Omni Barton Creek for the 2026 TEPA National Conference!
Our schedule looks a little different this year, so please keep that in mind when making your travel plans. The hotel could only provide a limited number of Tuesday rooms, so unless you’re playing golf, you can comfortably arrive Wednesday afternoon.
When you arrive Wednesday, our new TEPA Welcome Lounge will be open from 2:00–6:00 PM, offering a casual, come-and-go opportunity to check in, pick up your badge and welcome bag, and mix and mingle with attendees and explore the resort.
Conference sessions begin Thursday morning, followed by afternoon networking activities and the all-new TEPA Energy Exchange Thursday evening. This signature event will bring everyone together for dinner, live music, casino gaming, and plenty of surprises. Friday’s sessions will conclude at noon, so we recommend scheduling your departure after Friday afternoon.
