PUC Issues RFI on Data Center Fair Share Act

Schedules meeting to receive stakeholder feedback

New Jersey BPU today released a Request for Information (RFI) and announced a virtual public stakeholder meeting to take public input related to the implementation of P.L. 2026, c. 32, also known as the Data Center Fair Share Act. The stakeholder meeting and RFI are intended to receive stakeholder input regarding the development of requirements for electric distribution companies to file tariffs for large data center customers.

Staff will hold a virtual Stakeholder Meeting on November 4 at 10 a.m.

The deadline for comments in this matter is 5 p.m. on November 13.
