Commissioner Seeks Nationwide Natural Gas Energy Efficiency Programs For C&I Customers

A resolution was introduced by Pennsylvania PUC Chairman Stephen M. DeFrank urging the nationwide adoption of natural gas energy efficiency programs for C&I customers.  The resolution  has been adopted by the Board of Directors of NARUC at its summer meetings.
