Third Party Consultant Files Tetra The Scoping Memo

PUCT’s third-party consultant on evaluation, measurement, and verification Tetra Tech filed a scoping memo for PY2026 TRM13.0 based on “a collaborative process within the TRM Working Group”. 

Excerpts from the memo:  (1) “A total of 88 changes have been proposed… impacting”: (i) “13 existing residential measures in Volume 2”; and (ii) “20 existing commercial measures in Volume 3”; (2) “three new commercial measures are proposed for Volumes 3 and 4”; (3) there are “two proposed changes to the Volume 1 TRM Overview and 22 proposed changes to Volume 4 M&V Protocols, which are outside of the annual updates completed in these volumes each year”; and (5) “Two general maintenance recommendations were also made, which may apply to all or multiple TRM volumes.”
