Request For Extension Of Tranche 1 Bid Application Filed
REV Renewables filed a request for an extension of the Tranche 1 bid application deadline to August 27, 2025.
In its request for extension, REV Renewables stated “[S]ince the BPU’s proposed rule was published only a week ago on August 4, 2025, there are some differences between the proposed rule and the BPU’s June 18, 2025, order launching this program, and today is the deadline for bidders to submit questions to BPU Staff, more time is needed for the bidders to review the proposed rule and submit questions and for the BPU Staff to evaluate and respond to the questions from bidders who reasonably wish to fully understand the program before submitting their bids to the Tranche 1 solicitation.”

Tranche 1 final bids were due by August 20, 2025, while Tranche 1 awards expected by October 31, 2025.
As previously reported, Q&A batches 4-6 were posted to the program FAQ page.
Bidder question submissions were due on August 11, 2025.
Tranche 2 solicitation planned for Q1-Q2 of 2026.
