Parties filed comments in support of CCSA’s petition for rehearing of the billing and crediting performance metrics order.
As background, this proceeding was initiated to consider whether to allow community distributed generation (community solar) and other DER products/services to be included on the utility consolidated bill.
Upcoming deadlines:
- By 9/15/25, the utilities must file updated implementation costs based on the metrics.
- By 1/1/26, the utilities must implement the metrics for billing credit timeliness and utility response time to host allocation lists.
- Beginning 1/1/26, the utilities must file quarterly report updates.
- Beginning 3/31/27, the utilities are directed to file annual reports for each calendar year ending 12/31.
