Long Description: On January 16, 2025, CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC (“CenterPoint Houston”) filed, Docket No. 57559, with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (“Commission”) an Application for a Financing Order for System Restoration Costs Associated with May 2024 Emergency Operations Plan Storms. On June 5, 2025, the presiding officer in this proceeding issued a Financing Order approving the Schedule SRC II and ADFITC II tariffs effective September 17, 2025.
The Schedule SRC II will use SAC04 code MSC038 and rates consistent with the below table:
The Rider ADFITC II will use SAC04 code CRE030 and rates consistent with the below table:
