PURA Files Request For Briefs In Investigation Into Medium And Heavy-Duty Electric Vehicle Charging

[ *** ] The Authority hereby requests briefs from the docket Participants in this matter. The purpose of these briefs is not to restate written comments or discovery responses; rather, docket Participants should summarize their respective positions previously discussed in the above-referenced docket and how they meet the program objectives listed above.
Specifically, the Authority requests that briefs include discussion relating to, but not limited to, the following:
- Program eligibility;
2. Fleet advisory services;
3. Rate design;
4. Charging infrastructure incentives; and
5. Any additional topics and/or recommendations regarding the proposed program.
The Authority will accept briefs from Participants in the above-referenced docket on or before Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. [ *** ]
