“This letter is to inform you that the Department of Public Service Staff has reviewed and approved your eligibility to be an Energy Services Company (ESCO) in New York State.”

Lit Energy’s eligibility includes service to mass market customers under, for gas and electric, a fixed with cap product, and, for electric only, a compliant renewable product.

Liat Brody serves as Managing Member of Lit Energy NY LLC and Moshe Gottesman serves as VP of Operations.
