Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (NOPEC) d/b/a Energy VisionSM applied for Ohio electric and natural gas broker and aggregator licenses.

In its application NOPEC indicated it plans to serve all types and sizes of non-residential customers in all service areas.

NOPEC already holds an opt-out government aggregator license and has actively served as an aggregator in the State of Ohio.
