OH – AES – Delay in processing inbound EDI files on 3/17/25

On 3/17/25 AES Ohio made an sftp server change that impacted our EDI processing.  During the cutover, multiple inbound files were left on our old server location and were not able to be loaded into our billing system until 3/27/25. 

We are currently analyzing the total impact to indicate if any enrollment, drop or reinstate effective dates were affected.  In addressing 810’s that received a soft rejection for outside bill window, these will be displayed on the customer’s subsequent invoice so there is no need to resubmit an 810 during the next open bill window.  We will provide more details on the total impact once available.
