Utilities Posts POR Discount Compliance Tariff
The New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc. (NHEC) files initial POR discount rates.
From the Procedural Order Re: Tariff Compliance:
“On March 26, 2025, New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc. (NHEC) filed a compliance tariff pursuant to Order No. 26,975 with an effective date of June 1, 2025. Having reviewed the filing, the Commission finds that the compliance tariff is consistent with Order No. 26,975 and New Hampshire Code of Administrative Rules, PUC chapter 1600. The Commission accepts the compliance tariff, which will be placed in our permanent file. NHEC may use a copy of the tariff filing submitted on March 26, 2025, to this docket as an authorized version of the tariff for its records. So ordered, this tenth day of April, 2025.”
From NHEC Cover Letter:
“Enclosed for filing with the Commission please find annotated and clean versions of New Hampshire Electric Cooperative’s compliance tariff for the Purchase of Receivables Program approved in Order No. 26,975 in DE 23-001. This filing is being made as a follow-up to the Purchase of Receivables program approved in docket DE 23-001.”
The POR Rates are as follows tariff with an effective date of June 1, 2025:
- Residential: 3.229%
- Non-Residential: 3.178%
