Washington Gas Light Files Report On Settlement And Stipulation Conference

[ *** ] Pursuant to the Procedural Schedule adopted by the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (“Commission”) in Order No. 22366 for the above-captioned proceeding, a Settlement and Stipulation Conference was held on April 8, 2025 (“Settlement Conference”). Washington Gas Light Company (“Washington Gas” or “Company”), the Office of the People’s Counsel for the District of Columbia; the Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington, the District of Columbia Government, the United States General Services Administration, and Sierra Club (collectively, the “Parties”) participated in the Settlement Conference.
Prior to the Settlement Conference, Washington Gas circulated an initial settlement proposal to the Parties. Since the Settlement Conference, the Parties have continued settlement discussions, with the expectation to meet again to further negotiations. The Parties will inform the Commission if a settlement is reached in this case.
