DOER is taking public comments through July 25. 

The agency and will hold virtual public hearings on SMART 3.0 regulations at 2:00 p.m. ET (registration link) and 6:00 p.m. ET (registration link) on July 24, and an in-person public hearing is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. ET on July 25 (registration link).
