Reminder – REP Reports

Pursuant to 16 Tex. Admin. Code (TAC) § 25.107(i)(3), the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) has established Project No. 57398 for the purpose of collecting the 2024 REP Annual Reports and the 2025 REP Semi-Annual Reports that are required to be filed during the calendar year 2025. All Option I REPs are required to complete these reports annually.

The Annual Report requires REPs make a filing on March 5th or 65 after the end of the REP or its guarantor’s fiscal year that is responsive to 16 TAC § 25.107(i)(2)(B). The report may be filed on the interchange in Project No. 57398.
