NJ – New Jersey Natural Gas Business Notification
Dear (valued Trading Partner):
In the coming months, New Jersey Resources (NJR) will be migrating to a new environment on the OpenText/GXS TGMS network. This effort will require our trading partners to establish a new NAESB connection. In the coming weeks you will be contacted by OpenText to begin the configuration work to establish a new NAESB connection via OpenText.
What you need to know:
- OpenText enablement team will contact you via njr@opentext.com to establish and test your new connection.
- The setup and connectivity testing process is scheduled to begin the week of May 5, 2025, so it is important that you have an assigned resource available to work with OpenText to set up and test the new connection.
- Once you have completed the setup of your new OpenText connection, it is important that you do not send any production data using the new OpenText connection prior to your Go-Live date which will be communicated to you by NJR.
Upon receipt of this notification, please reply to this email confirming that you have received this notification and will have a dedicated resource available to work with OpenText on the connectivity testing.
If you are not the correct person, please let us know who at your company we may contact to arrange the set-up and testing for the new connection with OpenText.
