OH – Duke Energy Ohio – Post Deployment Update – Status Of Known, Outstanding Issues As Of March 21

We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we diligently work to resolve technical issues after the deployment of our new Customer Information System.

Please see below for today’s update on resolved and known, outstanding issues impacting multiple suppliers. We have indicated the estimated resolution dates where possible.
Update on known issues as of March 21, 2025:

Issue below is being investigated and expected to be resolved by March 28th 
Tracking # Transaction Issue Description and Update
 DF-100356 (I) Segment Due to complexities, the Company is still working on loading the load profile (I) Segment and expects to have it completed by March 28th. However, in the meantime, annual PLC and NSPL have already been loaded into the system and are available to see in the Supplier Portal as usual. Note: Some of the PLC and NSPL data loaded as zero is in the process of being corrected.
