PURA Files Notice Of Hearing In Annual Review Of Utility’s Rate Adjustment Mechanisms

[ *** ] No later than February 15, 2025, Eversource is required to file its proposed rate adjustments for the Non-Bypassable Federally Mandated Congestion Charge, the Transmission Adjustment Clause, the Systems Benefit Charge, the Revenue Decoupling Mechanism, the Competitive Transition Assessment, and the Electric System Improvements tracker, effective May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026. In addition, no later than March 1, 2025, Eversource is required to file its 2024 RAM filing detailing the Company’s over- or under-recovery for the period of January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, and the weighted-average rate adjustments associated with such over- or under recoveries.
The Authority hereby announces that it will hold a hearing in this matter at PURA’s offices, Ten Franklin Square, New Britain, Connecticut, on Friday, March 14, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m., to receive testimony and additional evidence regarding the Eversource filings received as of March 14, 2025, and any related issues raised in responsive filings submitted by other Parties.
