Illinois Power Agency Publishes 2025 Electricity Procurement Plan

The Illinois Power Agency (IPA) published its final 2025 Electricity Procurement Plan. The annual Electricity Procurement Plan was approved by the Illinois Commerce Commission on December 19, 2024.

The Plan serves as the Agency’s roadmap for meeting the electricity supply needs of residential and small commercial customers taking fixed price service from Illinois electric utilities.
