PURA issued secretarial letter approving DEEP’s proposed allotment of RGGI proceeds to be returned to ratepayers via the NBFMCC for the period beginning May 1, 2025, through April 20, 2026.

These include bypassable and nonbypassable charges such as the Transmission Adjustment Clause (TAC) rate, Non-Bypassable Federally Mandated Congestion Charge (NBFMCC), Systems Benefit Charge (SBC), and Revenue Decoupling Mechanism (RDM) rates.
